**Manager - Business Intelligence Unit**:
Within the Global BI organization and under its governance, the MSC Technology Italy - BI Manager mission is to lead and supervise the BI Local teams, following processes, priorities and procedures defined by the Global Head of BI.
CONTRIBUTION
- Actively participate in recruiting and organizing local BI teams according to Management direction
- Define and assess annual Team objectives under guidance of Global head of BI
- Supervise and coordinate activity of local teams. Pro-actively communicate relevant opportunities, risks, and issues to the management.
- Ensure the team is following HQ BI Framework
- Ensure the understanding of business needs and be able to translate into technical solutions
- Follow directions and priorities given by the Global head of BI
- Provide weekly and monthly insights on projects progress to the Global head of BI
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate at the standardization and industrialization of the BI processes
- Carry on developments using the Agile methodology
- Complete ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- Strong experience in leading Bi and/or IT teams (R)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence (R)
- Good Knowledge of the full BI stack (R)
- Experience in Agile methodology (P)
- Experience in the maritime shipping industry (P)
- Knowledge of azure cloud technologies appreciated (P)
- Knowledge of any other BI reporting tool appreciated (P)
- Proven ETL Experience (P)
- Proven Experience on data modeling (P)
**Other**:
- Fluency in French (oral and written) (P)
- Fluency in English (oral and written) (R)
- Fluency in Italian (oral and written) (P)
- Proven Experience in Microsoft BI Suite (P)
