Eli Lilly Italia, per lo stabilimento di Sesto Fiorentino, è alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire in qualità di **Maintenance Technician Specialist **(area sterile).

La figura si occuperà delle attività di manutenzione meccanica e/o elettrica degli impianti di produzione dello stabilimento, secondo metodi e procedure solo parzialmente definite.

**Obiettivi del ruolo**:
In relazione ai livelli di esperienza/autonomia crescente, la risorsa:

- Svolgerà in autonomia attività di manutenzione meccanica e/o elettrica della linea di cui è referente seguendo metodi e procedure predefinite.
- Si adopererà per mantenere il corretto livello di training on the job al personale manutentivo e operativo.
- Parteciperà ai programmi safety di Sito e sarà responsabile per la realizzazione degli output dei meeting di allineamento.

**Principali responsabilità**
- Operare nel rispetto delle norme di sicurezza, seguendo le procedure, indossando correttamente i DPI e segnalando eventuali non-conformità al supervisore.
- Operare nel rispetto delle norme di buona fabbricazione, compilando correttamente la documentazione, operando in accordo alle procedure e segnalando al supervisore ogni possibile deviazione.
- Effettuare operazioni di PM (manutenzione preventiva) così come indicato in procedura /ODL, ritornare con feedback/correzioni ai tecnici PM per l’ottimizzazione delle operazioni.
- Effettuare operazioni di Manutenzione Correttiva individuando i guasti (normalmente complessi) e adottando le operazioni necessarie per la riparazione (in collaborazione con il proprio supervisore), nel rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e GMP.
- Proporre azioni Manutenzione Predittiva mirate.
- Tenere pulito il centro di lavoro su cui interviene e il reparto.
- Scegliere gli opportuni materiali/pezzi di ricambio e collaborare con il supervisore per la corretta gestione dei materiali a magazzino (livello di riordino, codifica, intercambiabilità, ecc.).
- Relazionarsi, seguendo le opportune indicazioni del supervisore, con i fornitori esterni di componentistica/servizi per parti di ricambio o per attività di miglioramento.
- Collaborare alla stesura di procedure tecniche.
- Proporre azioni di miglioramento mirate sia all’aumento dell’efficienza/produttività, che alla sicurezza.
- Eseguire training specifico a colleghi e operatori.

**Qualifiche richieste**:

- Diploma di maturità ad indirizzo elettrico/elettronico
- Almeno 2/3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, maturati all’interno di aziende farmaceutiche o contesti simili (aziende realizzatrici di macchinari o impianti)
- Esperienza in aree classificate (classe C)

**Formazione ed esperienza**:

- Conoscenza della simbologia per la lettura degli elaborati di disegno tecnico e schemi elettrici/pneumatici
- Capacità di analisi e metodologie per la ricerca guasti
- Conoscenza delle caratteristiche tecniche dei principali apparati/dispositivi
- Conoscenza delle principali entità fisiche (forza, massa, peso, temperature, vibrazione, corrente, tensione, ecc.), loro unità di misura e conversioni
- Fondamenti di tecnologia meccanica, metallurgia, elettronica e automazione industriale e meccatronica
- Conoscenza ed utilizzo degli strumenti di misura (calibro, micrometro, manometri, termometri, anemometri, tester, ecc.)
- Conoscenza base software di analisi dati (es. Excel)
- Capacità di troubleshooting e decision making
- Attitudine al team working
