IQM Selezione sta selezionando per importante azienda nel settore medicale, sita a Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI), un/a COUNTRY FINANCE DIRECTOR - Italy.

1. Laurea in business administration/finance/Economia Aziendale, o lauree equipollenti, con ottimo curriculum studiorum;
2. Esperienza nel ruolo, di almeno 4/5 anni in Aziende strutturate e modernamente organizzate o esperienze analoghe; preferibile conoscenza del settore medicale;
3. Ottima conoscenza della contabilità e del bilancio, anche a livello internazionale;
4. Ottima conoscenza dell'IVA e del Testo unico delle imposte sui redditi;
5. Forte propensione ed abitudine all'approfondimento; capacità analitiche, rigore;
6. Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative; massima flessibilità;
7. Esperienze pregresse di implementazione dei gestionali;
8. Persona capace, riservata, completamente autonoma, dotata di forte motivazione;
9. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta;
10. Ottimo uso PC, pacchetto Office: Word, Excel, posta elettronica; conoscenza dei più diffusi gestionali ed applicativi di reportistica finanziaria (preferibilmente SAP Business One);
11. Ottime capacità gestionali sia lato tecnico che lato risorse umane;
12. Preferibile precedente esperienza in ambito HR in amministrazione del personale (assunzioni, licenziamenti etc.).

Ø Coordinamento dell'Amministrazione;
Ø Supervisione e controllo contabile interno;
Ø Predisposizione dei bilanci di verifica infra-annuali;
Ø Analisi della situazione economico-finanziaria;
Ø Pianificazione economico-finanziaria;
Ø Redazione del bilancio IV Direttiva con documenti collegati, in collaborazione con lo Studio di Commercialisti dell'Azienda;
Ø Controllo di gestione;
Ø Gestione e verifica della contrattualistica;
Ø Gestione di problematiche contabili, amministrative e fiscali;
Ø Coordinamento funzione IT;
Ø Altri adempimenti contabili, fiscali ed amministrativi richiesti dalla mansione.
