**Posizione**:
Per il potenziamento del nostro Dipartimento HR siamo alla ricerca di un* Junior Talent Development Analyst che **supporterà il team nelle seguenti attività**:
- Progettazione e delivery delle iniziative formative destinate ai dipendenti;
- Monitoraggio attivo dei processi di formazione interna;
- Aggiornamento costante della reportistica;
- Supporto alla gestione dei piani di formazione finanziati;
- Supporto nella gestione del processo di performance management e nell’implementazione del tool dedicato.
Verrai inserito/a in un contesto in forte crescita e avrai l'opportunità di affiancare quotidianamente il Group Talent Development Manager nello svolgimento di tutte le attività.
**Requisiti**:
- Sei un* laureando o Neo Laurea in materie economiche o umanistiche;
- Conosci in modo approfondito il Pacchetto Office e in particolare Excel;
- Possiedi una spiccata capacità analitica e hai una propensione per l’analisi dei dati;
- Sei incuriosito/a dai processi aziendali di gestione delle risorse umane;
- Hai una buona conoscenza dell'inglese;
- Ti piace lavorare in team e hai capacità di problem solving;
- Eventuale Master in Gestione delle Risorse Umane sarà considerato un plus.
