_- controllo di tutte le fatture per il reparto prodotti e produzione;_
- Tracciamento dei pagamen-ti per la logística, il prodotto e la produzione con report di analisi ogni 3 mesi per la direzione;_
- analisi della struttura di collezione/costi/SKU- QTÀ DI PRODUZIONE;_
- controllo del flusso di merci in entrata/uscita;_
- calcolo del prezzo della collezione con grafici e formule;_
- Creare tutti i PO dalla fase di sviluppo al ritiro dei campioni;_
- controllare e inserire tutti i costi e i prezzi dalle fabbriche nei sistemi informatici interni, suddividendoli in MACRO e MICRO;_
- gestione dei prezzi, a partire dalla fase di prototipia, di campionatura e di produzione, compreso i controlli dei fornitori, i dati di input, il calcolo dell'intercompany e del markup, compresa l'analisi delle medie;_
- _Bilancio annuale;_
- inserimento/gestione degli ordini dei clienti, compresi gli ordini di produzione, i documenti di stampa e i documenti VIP;_
- Raccolta delle conferme d'ordine;_
- termini contrattuali;_
- assegnazione del cliente in base alla data di consegna della produzione;_
- controllo settimanale con la Logistica e la Produzione di tutti gli arrivi in magazzino;_
- Assistenza al cliente;_
- geopricing._

- check of all the invoices for product dept & production;_
- tracker payments for logistic, product and production with analysis’s report every 3 months to the management;_
- analysis of COLLECTION STRUCTURE/COST/SKU - PRODUCTION QTY - SELLIN/SELL THROUGH details;_
- check of the goods flow of sell in /sell out;_
- collection’s price calculation with chart, formulas;_
- create all the PO from the development stage to the samples’s collection;_
- check and insert all the costs and prices from the factories into internal IT systems, dividing in MACRO and MICRO natures;_
- pricing, is starting from the proto stage, to the samples and to the production’s stage, including breakdown supplier’s checks, input data, calculation of the intercompany and markup, including the average analysis for the management._

- customer’s order input/handling: including production order, PRESS and VIP._
- collect the order confirmations;_
- customer’s contract terms;_
- customer’s assignment basing on the production delivery’s date_
- weekly check with the Logistic and Production for all the arrivals in the warehouse._
