Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

We are looking for a **Business Controller **for Industrial and R&D areas** **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), hierarchically reporting to the **Head of Business Controlling**.

You will take actively part in the financial planning (5 years) / budgeting activities and to monitor gaps vs. results for what will concern Lamborghini HQ operations.
- 5 years business planning and budgeting process: analysis of business needs, costs and profits evaluation in order to define projects/activities sustainability;
- Negotiation and fine tuning of the Area’s Economics looking at the overall Functions and Company feasibility;
- Constantly Tracking of the overall Financial Situation (fix and direct costs) of the assigned Area;
- Financial and business performances measurement with recurring and dedicated gap analysis (i.e. budget vs. monthly results)
- Financial reports for the assigned Area and for the Overall Company (Tableau de Board)
- Financial analysis and financial reliability of Company operations (i.e. support to the dedicated Area for business case preparation, financial analysis preparation to support Board decision on making process,..)
- Active participant to Board meetings
- Identifying potential for Processes or Production Costs Improvement being an active member in dedicated meetings

**About you**
- University Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- At least 2 years’ experience in controlling in Manufacturing Company (automotive as a Plus)
- Knowledge of SAP as a plus
- knowledge in Manufacturing, Production Process or Product development
- Fluent English. Italian and German will be a plus.
- Analytical skills in steering figures and databases, data reclassification, effective presentation
