**Company Description**

We are looking for an Account Manager for our OCM (Operation Contract Manufacturing) for our Campoverde site.

The Account Manager serves to support the business relationship with clients.

The AM is expected to be the first level of account for the External Customers, supporting the Account Mgmt, Associate Director in representing client needs and goals within the Operation organization to ensure performance targets and elevating to the proper Senior level any business issue related. The AM, through the routinely, well-established relationships with clients will support the following activities:

- Responsible for day by day client’s communications and business relationship, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and expectations.
- Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests inside Abbvie Operations.
- Works with the Manufacturing Plants team for the Customer’s related topics and projects in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities and escalate when needed
- Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, identifying timely solutions and work-arounds to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations, referring to the Account Mgmt, Associate Director
- Support the business with P&L focus, executing to facilitate and help the achievement of the financial targets for the OCM Team

**Position Accountability/Scope**:
Within Operation and Plants Functions that serve OCM Customers this person will, on a day by day basis, interface with the following functions: Manufacturing/Supply Chain, Quality, Program Management, Finance and Technical Operations.

The Account Manager will be able to:

- establish trustful relationship and positive initial impact when meeting with external and internal stakeholders, being primary counterpart for Customer Relationship satisfaction assisting Account Mgmt, Associate Director, representing Abbvie Culture & Pillars.
- translate customer’s objectives and concerns
- elevate at the appropriate level in order to avoid critical elevations
- Understand, anticipate and minimize impact on overall business, or financial issues and timely cooperate with Account Mgmt, Associate Director

Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously to meet Company’s deadlines as well as ability to manage changes and unexpected circumstances will be preferential.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Chemistry/Engineering (or Marketing/Business).
- MBA desirable due to Customer’s financial aspects of contract management as well as Project Management Professional Certification

**Additional Information**
Ability to travel approx. 20% of the time: i.e Customers locations or Abbvie Manufacturing Plants
