Nell'ottica di un potenziamento dell'organico' il Gruppo è alla ricerca di 1 Technical Leader/Architect

Il/la Candidato/a ideale:

- Ha maturato almeno 2 anni di esperienza nella mansione' preferibilmente in contesti consulenziali' e si occuperà dell'analisi' del disegno tecnico' dello sviluppo e del deployment delle soluzioni richieste' identificando ed indirizzando eventuali gap.
- Ha dimestichezza con modelli di stima che utilizza per valutare l'impegno realizzativo a partire dalle componenti tecniche nuove/in modifica che dovranno essere realizzate in collaborazione con il Project Manager.
- Propone soluzioni innovative che possono trovare applicazione nell'ambito del contesto di riferimento.
- È esperto' seleziona/propone ed utilizza con spirito critico le metodologie necessarie nell'ambito del contesto progettuale. Usa le metodologie di Project Management per la gestione del piano di lavoro del team nell'ambito del contesto complessivo del progetto
- Ha un'esperienza di almeno 3 anni su progetti

in Java/JEE
- Ha una buona conoscenza del framework Angular
- Ha una conoscenza di base di RDBMS (Oracle' SQL Server' Postgres' MySql)

Principali attività e Responsabilità
- Implementazione o sviluppo dei task assegnati nel rispetto dei requisiti concordati
- Effettuare il disegno tecnico architetturale delle soluzioni richieste; redigere i documenti di disegno tecnico architetturale' definendo la soluzione migliore o più aderente alle esigenze del cliente' dei requisiti concordati e dei vincoli presenti
- Identificare e indirizzare eventuali gap' concordando eventuali azioni con i responsabili di riferimento
- Sviluppare la soluzione' pianificare i test di accettazione técnica e di performance' supportare l'avvio della soluzione
- Supportare la crescita delle risorse con minor seniority.
- Organizzare/ Coordinare le attività di Bug Fixing nell'ambito del proprio dominio di competenza.
- Supporta o gestisce direttamente la definizione e il set up degli ambienti più idonei da attivare per la gestione del ciclo di vita del software del progetto/Servizio.
- Approfondisce i layer tecnologici e i facilitatori all'analisi e sviluppo per il proprio dominio tecnico di riferimento e dell'ecosistema tecnico/applicativo complessivo.
