**Posizione**:
In linea con i nostri obiettivi di sviluppo siamo alla ricerca di un/una **Indirect Procurement Manager.**

La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno dell’ufficio acquisiti dell’Head Quarter di Gruppo a Mereto di Tomba (UD) e, rispondendo al Purchasing & Supply Chain Director, avrà a riporto un team composto da tre persone e dovrà interagire con diversi interlocutori dislocati sui differenti siti italiani ed esteri del nostro Gruppo.

Nello specifico, la risorsa dovrà occuparsi in totale autonomia della supervisione degli acquisiti e delle attività qui di seguito definite per ciascuna delle aree di riferimento citate:

- Area Consumabili: Supervisione della corretta dell’emissione degli ordini - standardizzazione dei consumabili tra i vari plant - codifica dei consumabili sui plant che non hanno ancora codifica - redazione degli STD finanziari - definizione delle sinergie per centrare gli standard richiesti. Aree Servizi/Capex/Opex /IT - garantire il miglior standard qualitativo del servizio fornito - Definizione della strategia di acquisto e assegnazione degli appalti - Supporto dei final user in caso di criticità sui maggiori appalti - Negoziazione e redazione dei contratti per i servizi/Capex più critici - Svolgere valutazioni di nuovi fornitori anche internazionali - Definire la strategia di acquisto su specifici CAPEX.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in ingegneria oppure in discipline economiche;
- Esperienza di almeno 10 anni maturata nel ruolo all’interno di contesti aziendali fortemente strutturati e di respiro internazionale;
- Elevato problem solving;
- Spiccate capacità di negoziazione e di gestione di trattative complesse;
- Elevate capacità relazionali e doti comunicative;
- Elevato teamworking;
- Leadership;
- Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi;
- Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio nazionale ed estero.
