**Your responsibilities**:

- Solution Developer: Develop better solutions for the customer and for ABB.
- Customer experience satisfaction: listening customer needs and transforming them into ABB solutions improving the customer experience.
- Market Trend: Understand the key market trend focusing on it with the right solutions.
- Networking: share information inside and outside the team building up a good relationship.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for your job.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools.
- Excellent team player.
- Knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Desire to learn every day.
