L'area di riferimento è l'Ufficio Organizzazione di Esselunga, che fa parte della Direzione Risorse Umane ed Organizzazione.

La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno di un team di 20 professionisti che, per area di business, supportano le diverse direzioni aziendali. In veste di internal consultant, il team si occupa di progetti innovativi e di miglioramento continuo e segue i processi aziendali relativi a punti vendita, centri di distribuzione, stabilimenti di produzione, e-commerce e headquarter.

**Responsabilità del Ruolo**
L’Organization & Business Transformation Analyst avrà l’opportunità di lavorare su diverse tipologie di progetti, concentrando il proprio impegno sui processi aziendali delle aree di business affidate. Sarà coinvolto nel supportare la crescita e la trasformazione aziendale, assumendo il ruolo di Project Manager per iniziative trasversali e collaborando attivamente con le figure chiave dell’azienda.

**Attività**
- Analisi e re-ingegnerizzazione e ottimizzazione di processi e attività;
- Analisi di dati funzionali all’identificazione delle aree di miglioramento, allo sviluppo di sistemi di monitoraggio e alla redazione di report;
- Revisioni organizzative e progetti di change management;
- Ottimizzazione dei processi applicando l’approccio del Continuous Improvement;
- Sviluppo di best practice e soluzioni innovative che permettano di migliorare l’efficienza dei processi aziendali;
- Supporto nello sviluppo e nel deployment di piani progettuali a lungo termine;
- Project management e monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento delle attività;
- Mappatura dei carichi di lavoro e dimensionamento degli organici.

**Requisiti**
- Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale o assimilabili;
- Buona conoscenza e utilizzo del pacchetto Office;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Richiesta esperienza di 1-2 anni in posizioni analoghe in realtà strutturate.
