Certificate Issue Officer

Local Unit & Position Description:
**Objective of the role**:
Ensure issuing of certificates in efficient way and with specific focus on suspension, reactivation, withdrawals.

**Tasks may include**:

- Check that the whole certification process is properly managed in the Production system, according to accreditation rules and procedures related to issuance, suspension, withdrawal and reactivation of certificates;
- Check and correct data errors, when necessary and align the Production system in the pre-technical Review phase;
- Support Local Areas in recovering technical information and facilitates communications with internal and external customers;
- Issue Certificates by using appropriate templates for each Certification Scheme;
- Issue Declarations of Validity and SOA Statement;
- Data publication management.

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Specific KPIs related to the tasks and responsibilities of Certificate Issue Officer will be established in the yearly planning process.
- The performance versus these KPIs will be followed by Certificate Issue & Tech
- Review Manage who will perform an annual evaluation of the Certificate Issue Officer.
