Il nostro cliente è un’importante realtà internazionale, **leader nel settore dei serramenti**, dove le finestre diventano elementi protagonisti della decorazione, dell’isolamento acustico e del risparmio energetico. L’Azienda offre servizi di consulenza, progettazione, vendita, montaggio di finestre, porte finestre, scorrevoli e porte di ingresso in PVC e alluminio, sia per il mercato B2B che B2C.

Per l’ulteriore sviluppo e strutturazione del reparto commerciale, ci ha incaricato di ricercare un:
**RETAIL SALES MANAGER**

**SETTORE EDILE**

**Posizione**:
Il / la Candidato / a ideale ha maturato** esperienze precedenti in ruoli analoghi di circa 4 / 5 anni**.** Ha spiccate doti imprenditoriali, commerciali e di motivazione della forza vendita affidata, idealmente nel settore edilizia.**

**Principali responsabilità, riportando all’Amministratore Delegato**:

- Sviluppare e implementare le strategie di vendita efficaci per massimizzare sia il fatturato, sia l’utile in tutti gli showroom.
- Gestire e sviluppare i responsabili commerciali dei singoli showroom, stimolando l’efficacia e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi concordati;
- Pianificare e definire gli obiettivi di vendita, collaborando con i Responsabili di showroom per definire i target sulla base del mercato di ogni Regione;
- Lavorare sui processi interni dei singoli showroom, costruire o rafforzare la squadra commerciale e i team di supporto (tecnici e operativi)
- Coordinare e monitorare le attività dei singoli showroom, dalla vendita alla posa in opera.
- Analisi di mercato: monitorare costantemente le tendenze del mercato, regolamenti, nuovi players e adattare le strategie di vendita di conseguenza.

**La figura ricercata collaborerà con i seguenti principali reparti dell’Azienda**:

- Responsabili showroom;
- Operations: nelle nuove aperture degli showroom;
- Marketing: nel coordinamento dei nuovi lanci eventi, comunicazione promozionale;
- HR: nell’aggiornamento dei programmi di formazione técnica, di prodotto e skills;
- Controlling: per l’analisi dei profitti, dei costi e dei relativi margini.

**Requisiti**:
**Formazione e requisiti tecnici**:

- Dimostrata esperienza commerciale nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
- Dimostrata esperienza di gestione di squadre e organizzazione;
- Gradita Laurea in materie economiche o affini;
- Conoscenza del disegno tecnico ed edile.

**Completano il profilo**: un approccio al lavoro curioso, concreto e orientato al risultato, unitamente a spirito di intraprendenza, autonomia, pianificazione e leadership.
