**Purpose of the role**

**Areas of Responsibility & brief description**
- Collection and scrutiny of documents and passports at the Application Centre
- Handover of Passports to the specific High Commission and/or its consulates.
- Handover of passports to Courier/Applicants
- Fee collection and cash handling
- Preparing reports for day-to-day transactions

**Personal Requirements**
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- A good attention to accuracy and detail
- A proactive can-do attitude
- Availability to travel if required

**Additional Requirements**

Ability to read write and speak fluently, especially in English, knowledge of an additional international language would be very helpful

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: €23,000.00 - €25,000.00 per year

Work Location: One location
