Collaborate with HRD and management in order to enable difference in employee focus and increase productivity, manage projects to deliver value-added HR services. Consults with, advises, and provides information and guidance to all levels of employees at Plant level. Leads the full recruitment process for the assigned area and ensures accurate tracking and reporting in the ATS system.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Coordinate full cycle recruitment and selection processes for a variety of positions in the assigned area.
- Consults with, advises, and provides information and guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel benefits and personnel practices.
- Maintains databases, writes reports and correspondence and provides support for various Human Resource functions. Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality and work with limited supervision.
- Consults with HRD and line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention,
- Manages and resolves employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Support HRD with Unions relations inside the Plant
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation, implementing HR policies
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning,
- Identifies training needs for business units
- Ensure policies, procedures, programs and reporting are administered and in compliance with local legislation and corporate policies,
- Facilitate culture and communications throughout the organization; work with operating leaders to ensure successful implementation of change efforts.
- Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**
- Good labor law skills
- While leadership experience is not required, incumbent should have potential and aspiration for larger roles with people leadership responsibility.
- Good business acumen resulting in the ability to connect dots and understand and implement HR agenda
- Ability to effectively interface and influence Operations leaders
- Strong presence & respected by employees and leadership
- Strong ‘storytelling' ability, crafts a clear and engaging message
- Ability to work in changing environments, sees change as an opportunity rather than as a threat
- Confidence to voice opinions & ideas and willingness to deliver feedback to leadership
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations make judgments based on practice or previous experience
- Excellent collaboration skills within international HR community
- Hands on mentality and “can do” attitude
- SAP S/4HANA systems knowledge is a plus
- Recruiting skills and attitude
- Fluent in English and Italian

**EDUCATION**

Bachelor's / Master Degree in Human Resources Management

**EXPERIENCE**

At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
