Manufacturing Controller

For our client, a multinational specializing in the industrial field, we are looking for a

**Manufacturing Controller.**

Reporting to the Finance Director, this figure will handle the following activities:

- Manage aspects of accounting (even industrial accounting), financial analysis and planning including: forecasting, budgeting, cost / benefit analysis, cash flow analysis, cost reduction initiatives, marginality and profitability of the product;
- Analyze product/job cost trends and determine potential issues and areas for improvement;
- Be responsible for daily/weekly/monthly data analysis and reporting;
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the month/year end closing;
- Prepare annual budgets and analysis of actuals compared to budget;
- Assist planning manager to optmize inventory items
- Strongly focus on inventory reduction;
- Manage “WIP” valuation and reporting;
- Support most aspects of accounting management (billing, tax forms, reporting etc.).
- Interact with all other departments with strong presence in shopfloor;
- Conduct financial analysis;

**Skills**:

- Recommended but not mandatory Bachelor ‘s degree in Accounting or Economic;
- Minimum experience of 7/10 years in the same position;
- Deep knowledge of industrial and analytical accounting;
- Analytical and strategic thinking, with good work ethic and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Deep knowledge of Excel and WIP accounting;
- Key user in SAP;
- Fluent English knowledge, German language is a plus.
