**CONSUMER MARKETING MANAGER**

**Posizione**:
Sei un esperto del marketing con una passione per il settore cosmetico? Sei pronto a guidare la crescita del brand awareness, sviluppare gli earned media, gestire progetti pubblicitari e analizzare i risultati delle campagne di marketing? Se la risposta è sì, potresti essere la persona che stiamo cercando

In particolare, la risorsa si occuperà di:

- Sviluppare e implementare strategie per aumentare il brand awareness e la visibilità del marchio nel settore cosmetico.
- Gestire progetti pubblicitari, comprese campagne su diverse piattaforme digitali e tradizionali.
- Supervisionare la pianificazione e l'esecuzione delle attività di marketing, garantendo il rispetto degli obiettivi e dei budget stabiliti.
- Analizzare i risultati delle campagne di marketing e fornire report periodici sull'efficacia delle strategie adottate.
- Collaborare con team interni e agenzie esterne per garantire l'allineamento delle strategie di marketing con gli obiettivi aziendali.
- Identificare opportunità per migliorare le prestazioni delle campagne e sviluppare nuove iniziative per stimolare la crescita del business.

**Requisiti**:

- Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di progetti di marketing, preferibilmente nel settore cosmetico.
- Laurea in Marketing o campo correlato.
- Eccellenti capacità analitiche e di problem solving.
- Forti competenze comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team.
- Orientamento ai risultati e capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e veloce.
- Conoscenza approfondita delle tendenze del mercato cosmetico e delle best practice nel settore del consumer marketing.

Si offre:

- Contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato
- RAL fino a 45.000 euro, parametrata all'esperienza
- Orario di lavoro dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 09:00 alle 18:00
- Sede di lavoro: Milano
