**MARINA DI LOANO S.p.A. **, Società del Gruppo Unipol concessionaria per la gestione dell’omonima Marina turistica nel ponente Ligure, dotata di quasi 1000 posti barca fino a 80 metri, di una foresteria, di una spiaggia di 16.000 mq oltre a ristoranti e locali commerciali, nell’ambito del proprio progetto di sviluppo, è alla ricerca di un **dinamico **professionista IT **da inserire nel ruolo di:
**IT Manager (M/F/d)**

Sede di lavoro**:Loano (Savona)**

Il profilo ricercato avrà l’obiettivo di pianificare, realizzare, coordinare e monitorare le attività informatiche applicative (ordinarie ed evolutive) ed infrastrutturali (principalmente erogate a livello centrale dal Gruppo) della società Marina Di Loano, coordinandosi con le unità business della società, le strutture informatiche di Gruppo e le terze parti IT nel più generale piano di sviluppo e rilancio della Marina.

In particolare, il profilo ricercato sarà incaricato delle seguenti attività:

- Assicurare, in collaborazione con le altre funzioni aziendali e con l’eventuale intervento di società esterne e/o strutture IT di Gruppo, la corretta valutazione, identificazione e realizzazione di soluzioni informatiche (applicative, infrastrutturali e tecnologiche);
- Garantire coerenza del proprio operato con gli obiettivi strategici aziendali, allo stesso tempo assicurando sostenibilità al business;
- Garantire assistenza in termini di adeguatezza e di funzionalità degli applicativi e dei sistemi informatici, in ottica di innovazione tecnologica, trasformazione digitale ed economicità;
- Garantire il rispetto dei livelli di servizio, monitorandone l’andamento e attuando eventuali azioni correttive;
- Gestire la tecnologia aziendale, sia essa applicativa che infrastrutturale, collaborando e coordinandosi con le altre funzioni specialistiche;
- Governare le attività di IT Demand, piano IT e budget IT;
- Presidiare, per gli ambiti di propria competenza, il funzionamento del processo di approvvigionamento dei sistemi _hardware _e _software _;
- Fornire assistenza agli utenti della Marina.

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Laurea specialistica in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o titolo di studio equivalente conseguita con ottima votazione;
- Pregressa esperienza professionale (almeno 4/5 anni) in ruoli analoghi;
- Volontà di crescita professionale;
- Esperienza professionale specifica in attività di project management;
- Esperienza nel monitoraggio sistemi e continuità dei servizi;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese: sarà ritenuto titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di altre lingue.

Completano il profilo: un forte orientamento al risultato e attitudine al lavoro per obiettivi, capacità di analisi, orientamento all'efficienza, rispetto dei tempi e del budget, capacità di lavoro in gruppo.
