**Electrical Technician**:
**Técnico Eléctrico**

Se requiere personal con titulo obtenido en Tecnico Eléctrico / tecnico en Ingenieria electrica / mecatronico o electronico. Para desempeñarse como Tecnico electricista de planta

**Requisitos**:
**Se requiere personal que resida en Acajutla / Sonsonate o alrededores.
- Conocimiento especifico en automatización y control se tomará como valor agregado. Manejo de inglés A2/ B1 es valorado.
- Experiência en plantas industriales y/o de generación se tomará como valor agregado.
- Disponibilidad de trabajar en horarios rotativos o extendidos.

**Principales Actividades**:
Responsable de garantizar que las operaciones sean económicas y seguras realizando el mantenimiento de la planta durante el turno designado, para cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad, incluido el aislamiento, bloqueo y etiquetado.
Responsable del mantenimiento de las máquinas y equipos auxiliares en buenas condiciones de limpieza, tomar las medidas necesarias para la prevención y corrección de las anormalidades encontradas.
Realizar inspecciones correctivas de todos los equipos eléctricos y supervisión de motores de acuerdo al plan de mantenimiento y tareas asignadas.
Ser capaz de montar, desmontar y limpiar completamente los componentes internos de los sistemas eléctricos de la planta.
Solicitar lubricantes, productos químicos, consumibles y repuestos al superior y/o almacén para realizar la tarea correctamente.
Inspeccionar periódicamente los equipos eléctricos y tomar medidas correctivas cuando sea necesario.
Acompañar y capacitar a nuevos trabajadores con procedimientos estándar de operación y mantenimiento y durante el proceso de desarrollo.
Monitorear las condiciones en los equipos luego de su intervención de mantenimiento y tomar acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.
Liderar la solución de problemas de Operación y Mantenimiento. Apoyar al equipo operativo en la resolución de problemas técnicos.
Mantenimiento de herramienta y de accesorios eléctricos.
Priorizar y ejecutar tareas de tal forma que los recursos asignados se utilicen eficientemente y se alcance el trabajo programado y objetivo.
Asistir al Supervisor Eléctrico si es necesario para las reuniones técnicas y/o administrativas solicitadas por el superior
Realizar una lista de repuestos para futuros mantenimientos y necesidades encontradas.
Colaborar con la mejora continua del Sistema Integrado de Gestión, formatos y procedimientos.
Cumplir con la normativa interna de seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente.
Cumplir con los requisitos legales establecidos en las leyes laborales de El Salvador.
Cumplir con las funciones, roles y responsabilidades en el cumplimiento de los compromisos adquiridos con el cliente, el contrato y QEHS.
Cumplir con las normas, lineamientos y políticas internas de Wartsila El Salvador y de la Corporación Wärtsilä.
Generar informes de mantenimiento semanales, mensuales o PM/CM según solicitud del supervisor.
