Siamo alla ricerca di un **Supporto Junior al Plant Manager** presso la sede di lavoro a Ferrara. La risorsa affiancherà il responsabile di stabilimento nelle attività operative quotidiane e contribuirà al miglioramento dei processi produttivi di componenti innovativi per il settore energetico.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- Assistere il Plant Manager nelle operazioni di gestione della produzione e nella logística.
- Monitorare i flussi di produzione, verificando il rispetto delle scadenze e degli standard qualitativi.
- Collaborare nell’implementazione di progetti di miglioramento continuo e ottimizzazione dei processi.
- Interfacciarsi con i vari reparti per facilitare la comunicazione e risolvere eventuali problemi operativi.
- Supportare la raccolta dati e la preparazione di reportistica sugli indicatori di performance.

**Requisiti**:

- Diploma tecnico o esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili in ambito industriale.
- Capacità organizzative e predisposizione al problem-solving.
- Conoscenza base dei principali strumenti informatici (Excel, ERP).
- La laurea in Ingegneria o discipline tecniche sarà considerata un plus, ma non è obbligatoria.
- Buone capacità relazionali e attitudine al lavoro in team.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 12 mesi

Retribuzione: €21.000,00 - €26.000,00 all'anno
