**Scopo del ruolo**:
Gestire tutti gli aspetti logistici dello stabilimento nel pieno rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e ambiente.

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Gestisce il corretto stoccaggio delle materie prime e dei prodotti finiti in coordinamento con il dipartimento commerciale.
- Collabora proattivamente con Traders per massimizzare le opportunità commerciali, in relazione allo stoccaggio di merci.
- Definisce con Manutenzione un piano settimanale di attività relative all’area di interesse.
- Coordina le operazioni relative agli inventari trimestrali delle materie prime.
- Coordina tutte le operazioni necessarie allo scarico/carico delle navi in banchina.
- Concorda con le funzioni di Stabilimento la corretta funzionalità delle attività collaterali al flusso delle merci.
- Dirige e coordina le attività di dipartimento al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi in termini di qualità, quantità, costi e continuo miglioramento.
- Svolge e monitora piani di azione e analisi funzionali per supportare il business e valutare la fattibilità di eventuali nuovi progetti.
- Facilita la comunicazione inter-area con gli altri dipartimenti.
- Mantiene aggiornata la documentazione operativa di reparto.
- Implementa, monitora ed eventualmente segnalazioni per mantenere la conformità con la legislazione in materia igienico-sanitaria, sicurezza alimentare e qualità del prodotto, prevenzione dei rischi sul lavoro.
- Gestisce, coordina e attiva piani di crescita per il personale di dipartimento.
- Gestisce e coordina ditte terza per operazioni di facchinaggio, movimentazioni merce e pulizia delle aree di interesse.
- Membro del team HACCP: partecipa alla riunione HACCP e supporta le attività relative alla manutenzione del sistema HACCP.
- Conosce, applica e diffonde buone prassi, norme e procedure relative alle politiche QFS, ambiente e safety.

**Conoscenze, competenze ed esperienze**
- Studi in Ingegneria técnica industriale o gestionale o similari. È richiesto un background tecnico.
- Almeno due anni di esperienza in posizioni analoghe.
- Conoscenza delle apparecchiature di misura (contatori, livelli, etc.).
- Competenze informatiche livello utente.
- Conoscenza in materia di politiche su sicurezza alimentare, qualità del prodotto e ambiente.
- Idoneità certificata alla mansione.
- Formazione a valore aggiunto: Master in Logistica o Formazione HCCP.
- Esperienza a valore aggiunto: lavoro in industria alimentare con conoscenza dei processi industriali e logistici.
- Esperienza in attrezzature per la movimentazione dei solidi.
- Sono richieste anche capacità di comunicazione e organizzazione interdipartimentale.#LI-AA3
