**What we offer**:
The resource will have the following responsibilities:
time & method MTM analysis, with special focus on “customer option” trucks.

SAP-related set of activities for truck and truck options industrialization (evaluation and advancement of technical modification process, creation of work cycles )

Main Duties
- Time/method/ergonomic analysis ;
- Workload calculation and balancing ;
- Support the production technology team with the industrialization process;
- Support the customer option developing team on MOB evaluation;
- Evaluate, advance in the system, and support the industrialization on the production floor for product modification and customer options.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
Key Skills Required

English B2+

**Desirable**

Previous experience in SAP environment;

Key Competencies

**Essential**

The resource needs to be pragmatic & proactive

The resource needs to have experience in work analysis and work balancing activities

**Nice to have
6-12 months experience in work analysis (preferred in assembly)
