**Posizione**:
Digital Diversity Week supports Jil Sander in its search for profiles belonging to the Protected Categories (L.68/99) to be placed as Executive Assistant.

He/She will guarantee support to the Creative Directors in the managing work-related daily activities, planning appointments in compliance with shared priorities, ensuring the optimal interface with both internal and external interlocutors in compliance with confidentiality and privacy.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively schedule and coordinate meetings whilst anticipating changing requirements, dealing with international and complex logistic schedules;
- Inbox and calendar management: prioritising messages and using initiative and responsibility to reply on their behalf;
- Schedule and coordinate large and/or complex meetings involving senior-level internal and/or external participants and tracking attendance;
- Gathering/preparation of briefing packs in advance of meetings;
- Taking meeting minutes, when required;
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Guarantee the proper information and communication flow with the other depts and externally;
- Manage welcoming of guests when required, guaranteeing full support both in the preparation / booking of suitable spaces and in terms of computer and non-computer equipment (eg coffee breaks, lunch, stationery etc.);
- Ensure optimal computer and paper archiving of the documentation produced in order to maintain the confidentiality of information.

**Requisiti**:

- Belonging to the Protected Categories L.68/99
- Fluency in English;
- Confident self-starter who can work under pressure, using its own initiative and with the drive to work to aggressive deadlines and to see tasks through to completion;
- Friendly, switched on, super organised, and accountable being able to think ahead and through problems;
- Professional in manner, maintaining diplomacy and confidentiality in communicating highly sensitive and highly contentious information with people of all levels within the company and elsewhere;
- Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization and build strong relationships with team members, managers, and senior executives in multiple locations;
- Advanced level IT skills and fluent in both Windows and Apple operating systems;
- Be readily available to support individual schedules as required including managing of inbox, complex diaries and travel arrangements globally.
