The Labour Consultant will be working within the dynamic HR & Payroll Team and will support the business-as-usual delivery.

S/He will be supported for growth by the Manager and our Business Academy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support other team members in order to process client’s requests related to labor law regulations and payroll run process
- Direct support to clients related to labor law regulations and payroll run process
- Support client and other team members in finalizing statutory fulfillments
- Liaise with private or public stakeholders (social insurance, tax agency, pension fund) on the client’s behalf to solve _ad hoc_ issues
- Answers to the clients’ queries if the requests fall within his/her payroll competencies/knowledge

**About you**
- Ideally, you meet the following criteria:_
- Good Knowledge of English (B2 - C1)
- Expertise in MS Office package
- Degree in Law and/or Economics
- Payroll advanced knowledge
- Responsible and organized
- Good communication skills
- Goals focus (both individual and team goals)
- Concern for quality
- Problem-solving attitude
- Creating team success - as a member
- Acts with integrity
