We are looking for a **Technical Planner** to join the Technical Department team dedicated to inspection equipment in our HQ in Piombino Dese (Padova).

**Key Responsabilities**
- Co-ordinate all live tasks within the technical office planning tool.
- Co-ordinate technical operating instructions between customer, technical department

team for live tasks.
- Conduct a Technical vet of customer work request.
- Assure development, production, and publication of technical work instructions

between technical department, customer and other company departments for tasks
definition.
- Allocate resource, tools and parts to tasks.
- Complete task administration as per the work request requirement.
- Engage with external providers for the provision of resource/capability as required.
- Co-ordinate delivery and completion of tasks within the technical office planning tool.
- Facilitate alignment meeting between technical office and key-suppliers as required.
- Monitor resource status to ensure availability and capability is matched to business

requirements and escalate accordingly.
- Provide to management projects status information, analysis and reporting as required.
- Assist the business as required in improving service delivery to ensure optimization of

second level support tasks.
- Act as the first point of escalation for problem resolution related to projects

management and scheduling.
- Work within a resource commit/except process to ensure resource availability when

planned work and emergent work arises.
- Task allocation and prioritization for team.
- Ensure that best practice planning principles are used to create and maintain schedules

to a high standard to ensure quality and credibility.
- Define base line per product modules.

**Qualifications**
- Education: Master Degree in Engineering ( Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering..)
- Strong technical planning background
- IT literate and comfortable using IT systems and tools for the planning and scheduling

of tasks and resources.
- Experience of planning activities and tasks in a dynamic and pressurized environment

to support customer and stakeholders needs professionally, and the ability to work in a
calm and efficient manner.
- Ability to develop good working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Customer focused and able to work in a changing environment, being flexible and

responsive in approach to deal with requests of the customers and third parties.
- Experience of working as a Planner within a Project Team type environment.
- Good understanding of overall project controls, baseline management and change

control.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision to tight timescales and capable of managing

several tasks simultaneously, prioritizing activity to meet deadlines and achieving high
quality outputs on time.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability

to persuade, influence and negotiate within a in a broad and complex organization.
- Highly organized with the ability to change pace and direction in response to emergent

issues, remain calm under changing circumstances and deal positively with uncertainty
and ambiguity.
