**Discover Impactful Work**:

- Ensure the execution of the assigned activities, through an effective planning of the same, the organization of the assigned personnel and the direction, coordination and control of the assigned sector/activity/group.
- Ensure that activities are performed in compliance with GMP, data integrity principles, defined methods, company quality standards and laboratory efficiency requirements.
- Plan the pertinent analytical activities in line with the production needs and the related project plans in the perspective of OTD/RFT (on time delivery, right first time).
- Promote collaboration with other QC, Quality and Site functions

**A Day in the Life**:
**Budget**:

- Define the investment and budget proposal relating to the individual items for chemical and micro laboratories, through the periodic analysis of consumption and the analysis of needs in terms of maintenance and/or investment, in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the other QC functions in evaluating spending and its adherence to the plan; reporting materials/consumables to be purchased and the related documentation to ensure team operations and business continuity.

**Supplying**:
Ensures effective and efficient management of orders and their invoicing and monitoring of the department budget for the areas under their responsibility. He is responsible for periodically carrying out cost analyzes and reporting critical issues to the various laboratory managers.

**Planning**:

- Ensure effective and efficient planning of pertinent activities, by scheduling daily activities, monitoring their progress, in compliance with company quality standards and laboratory effectiveness and efficiency requirements.

**Organization**:

- Guarantee an effective and efficient organization of the activities of the own working group

Liaise with DPS and PDS QC teams on all relevant activities
- Identifies the objectives of its collaborators and ensures the execution of their development plans and supports the growth of the identified talents
- Ensures periodic meetings to exchange feedback and expectations with their relationships

**Technical training**:

- Plan the technical training of the department staff based on the needs of the group and in relation to the assignment assigned.

**Procedure**:

- Support the procedural update for one's area of belonging/expertise, through the drafting and/or revision of documents according to the needs and in compliance with current regulations, laws and GMP standards.

**Digital projects**:

- Supports and coordinates projects related to the implementation of digital systems in QC. Defines respective digital project plans and timelines arranging their activities to meet expected completion dates; interact as required with suppliers and company functions to achieve project objectives.

**Quality**:

- Participates in the management of regulatory inspections, internal and external audits for the part of its competence by providing first-person interventions.

**PPI**:

- Identify potential improvement opportunities in QC laboratories and, after sharing with your manager, take initiative
- Calculate the metrics for the part of its competence

**Customer management**:

- Ensures, for its area of competence, a high level of customer satisfaction and with the aim of completing the required activities on time.
- Ensures timely and clear communication of updates relating to analytical or documentary activities carried out within the project
- Participate in meetings with Customers or internals to support discussion related to technical topics for their area of expertise

**RFT/OTD/OE**:

- Ensure the achievement of the company targets of On Time Delivery and Right First Time on the project activities of its competence.
- Ensure the correct and timely management of continuous improvement tools aimed at supporting an appropriate management of departmental activities and metrics

**Management of analytical instrumentation**:

- Ensures correct management of analytical instrumentation in accordance with company procedures
