**Trade Category Manager - Mass Market**:
**About the role**
- We are looking for a Trade Category Manager - Mass Market who can develop new commercial opportunities within this channel. _

**Key responsibilities**
- **_ Developing and sustaining long term strategies with OC brands in Mass Market customers _**:

- **_Creating commercial guidelines for Oral Care brands (price, promotion, pop materials)_**:

- **_ Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with Sales and Marketing objectives _**:

- **_Improving brand results through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities_**:

- **_ Managing the Trade Marketing budget_**:

- **_ Responsible for client plans development in collaboration with sales managers_**:

- **_ Leading and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned clients/retailers_**:

- **_ Meeting clients to set the Trade Marketing Plan and monitoring performances _**:

- **_Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store execution in collaboration with marketing and sales teams_**:

- **_ Monitoring competition and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth_**:

- **_ Overseeing and monitoring performance of brand recognition metrics (ex. MS Value, Folder share, promotional activity ROI)_**:

- **_ Stakeholder management across different functions (marketing, sales, supply chain, customer service)_**:
**Qualifications and skills**:
**Essential**
- **_ 5-7 years’ experience in Mass Market channel and in trade marketing roles_**:

- **_ Experience in working with retailers and wholesalers/distributors _**:

- **_Experience in working on core business drivers (assortment, stock, layout, pricing, promotion)_**:

- **_ Experience in Consumers Path of purchase dynamics_**:

- **_ Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data_**:

- **_ Easily engaging with the customers, peers and building trustful relationship_**:

- **_ Effective communication skills (developed listening skills/ ability to explain, train and coach)_**:

- **_ Negotiation skills _**:

- **_Category Management guidelines knowledge_**:

- **_ Good financial acumen allowing to present business benefits _**:

- **_Details orientation _**:

- **_Understand qualitative research technics and methods _**:

- **_Good storyteller who can show the vision and benefits _**:
