We are looking for you

Based in our Headquarter in **Carpi (MO),** we would like to include a** Procurement Excellence Intern **that will strengthen the **Operations Team** and will be part of the ongoing evolution of our processes and procedures and will report to the Logistics Procurement Manager EMEA.

This is a very interesting position within our organization for a talented and brilliant student or fresh graduate who is willing to take on a **6-month** experience and to be part of our team.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support in contract review.
- Assist in policy and process reviews and gap analysis.
- Coordinate and support day-to-day project management activities.
- Aid in the collection and processing of data.
- Assist in monitoring and processing all project statuses.
- Provide logístical support for meetings, workshops, and other events.
- Support in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and drafting correspondences.
- Assist in maintaining project repositories and intranet site.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Economy.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate independently with other functions and divisions.
- Organizational skills with the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A strong sense of duty and responsibility.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to working according to standards and quality requirements.
- Proactive, flexible, and analytical thinker.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (B1/B2) and Italian.
