- Come Financial Planning Analyst riporterai al CFO. Avrai l'opportunità di crescere e consolidare le tue competenze in ambito finanziario in un contesto in forte sviluppo.

**Responsabilità**:

- ** Gross to Net Analisi e Analisi ROI**:

- Supporto nell'analisi del valore delle vendite e identificazione dei drivers della differenza tra vendite lorde e vendite nette.
- Collaborazione per l'analisi del ROI dei vari drivers.
- Analisi degli impatti delle condizioni commerciali, compresa l'analisi dei Free goods e dei pacchetti commerciali utilizzati nelle diverse aree.
- Valutazione della potenzialità delle singole farmacie sulla base della loro profilazione e profittabilità
- ** Analisi COGS (Cost of Goods Sold)**:

- Analisi dell'obsolescenza e dello Slow Moving Inventory (SMI).
- Collaborazione con i team di Supply e Vendite per ridurre l'obsolescenza e lo SMI overtime.
- Preparazione della documentazione per smaltimenti e riduzione di obsolescenze e scarti.
- ** Actuals/Budget/Forecast**:

- Creazione ed Analisi del Profit & Loss (P&L) per canale e tipologia di cliente.
- Creazione ed Analisi del P&L per i principali clienti.
- Supporto nella creazione del Budget e del Forecast annuali.
- Creazione di un Flex budget basato su un continuo aggiornamento delle previsioni di vendita.
- ** Business Intelligence**:

- Progettazione e definizione di dashboard per l'analisi delle performance su distribuzione, forza vendita, Net Sales Value (NSV) e profittabilità.
- Creazione di analisi periodiche delle performance con commenti da condividere trasversalmente e azioni da intraprendere con la leadership.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Statistica o simile.
- 1-3 anni di esperienza in consulenza o data analysis in aziende farmaceutiche o FMCG.
- Competenza nell'analisi finanziaria e nell'interpretazione dei dati.
- Conoscenza dei principi contabili e finanziari.
- Capacità di lavorare in team e comunicare efficacemente.
- Ottima padronanza di strumenti software di analisi dati (come Excel, PowerBI, etc).
- Capacità di adattarsi a un ambiente dinamico e multitasking.
- Inglese B2
