YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As part of
., we have established a new team in the Operations function for Product & System Quality. Leading this new team, the head of Product & System Quality plays a pivot al role to drive our ongoing efforts to increase quality, reliability and efficient and effective industrialization of our products.
YOUR SCOPE

- Activities and responsibilities include:
Cooperate with Product Development, Global Product Support, Project Management, Sourcing (SQE) and Production to assure that:
CTQ are well defined for each modules, methods for verification are well defined, documented and applied at Suppliers and within the production sites
Proper testing methodologies are implemented for both products and modules
RCA methods (Lean/Six Sigma) are systematically used to address quality issues and systematic follow up is done to eliminate the root cause
Quality risks are adequately evaluated at Offering and at Order Intake, effective mitigation actions are taken and followed up

Providing leadership and facilitate problem resolution, resource utilization, career counselling, coaching and mentoring of quality team members
Ensure sound execution of product and process design changes related to quality deliverables and requirements
Responsible for engaging strong intradepartmental and cross-functional/organizational relationships to drive Quality System Requirements (QSRs)
Define product quality plans and assure product quality standards
The position reports to the Head of Operations. Approximately 25% travel is anticipated.
