HR Officer Cra

Prepare and review payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments to employees.
- Calculate and oversee vacation balances and scheduling.
- Maintain documentation related to GDPR and security.
- Coordinate and organize mandatory employee training programs and medical checkups.
- Assist the HR manager in contract negotiations during the recruitment phase.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires and the documentation process for resigning employees, including employment statements.
- Assist with visa and paperwork management for international hires.
- Provide support to employees for HR-related consultations.
- Handle administrative duties, including filing and maintaining employee records.
- Assist the finance team by providing accurate and timely personnel cost data using Excel.
- Collaborate with the finance team on various operational tasks.
- Be prepared to assume additional responsibilities as needed to support the HR team.
- Work flexibly while meeting established deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in economics or legal studies.
- Minimum experience in a similar HR role.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
