- We are looking for a **Plant Environment, health and safety coordinator** for our site in **Casella (GE)**.

Activities:
Defining and cascading the EHS Management System and relevant projects roll-out and execution, according with the EHS strategies and program, deploying accurate and integrated plans, systems and tools in order to ensuring the compliance with relevant applicable standards such as ISO, CE, cGMPs as well as legal local requirements.
- Key Accountabilities / Decisions Area
- 1. EHS Strategy and Program- Participates actively and proactively at the EHS strategy and program implementation for the relevant site, providing the relevant inputs, recommendations and suggestion in order to accurately delivering the EHS local System, as well as actively performs assigned project’s tasks, acting as enabler of synergy and efficiency across the processes involved.

2. EHS Management- Implements the EHS System management at a global level measuring and optimizing EHS operations, deploying policies, guidelines, best practices and where required, defining specific local procedures in order to keep system and processes alignment across locations, with the relevant applicable standards, regulatory and requirements.
- Conducts internal audit and participates at the thirds parts audits, in order to effectively and efficiently oversees the appropriate EHS system implementation and the compliance, standardization and harmonization of the service provided.
- Oversees and manages promptly, effectively and efficiently corrective and preventive actions emerging from audit and operative control, in order to ensure the compliance with the relevant applicable standards, regulatory and requirements.

3. Assessment and Reporting management- Assesses regularly, EHS risk and potential issues, such as near miss etc, elaborates report and analysis, monitoring promptly the related KPI’s and performances, ensures EHS documentations remain up-to-date, working closely with functions involved, in order to identify and address improvement actions aimed at reducing risk and gaps.
- Effectively and timely align the Pharma EHS function on local performances, risk assessment and critical issues regularly transmit recommendations and actions plan able at achieving the solutions expected as well as improve the results.

4. Project Management- Leads the projects assigned during the different phases and monitors the execution across the relevant area according with the project plan and program.
- 5. Supplier management- Participates in the supplier management and qualification phases working closely with the relevant functions involved, providing recommendations and suggestions according with the applicable EHS standards and relevant requirements.

6. Relationship Management- Liaises with the Business functions, acting as point of contact, promoting the EHS cultural transformation, facilitating the information and internal communications flow in order to prevent and promptly manage any occurs issues and preserve the safety and business continuity.
- Builds strong relationships and collaborates with all internal functional team and external Stakeholders enabling consistent and continuous commitment according to Pharma EHS strategy and assigned goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Engineering or Chemical;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the role
- To be conversant with Safety, Health and Environmental Regulations on a site
- In possession of the RSPP Certification;
- Knowledge of laws and international norms related to Environment Health & Safety
- High interpersonal and strong communication skills;
- High ability to manage daily difficulties and timeline;
