Epc Integration Enginner

**About this opportunity**:
We're now looking for an Integration Engineer with excellent trouble shooting capabilities to identify technical requirement on the system based on the business needs and opportunity and come up with system solution to meet the technical requirement.

Are you in? You will initially work with one EPC/5GC service/node/solution. You will also have the opportunity to work on different nodes and solutions within 4G/5G Core network

**What you will do**:

- Responsible for trouble shooting regarding 5GC network configuration & integration issues, provide workaround and resolution.
- Communicate with global customers to understand the issue and identify the root cause.
- Provide support service EPC area during network roll-out (Support during Integration) and to new and existing customer networks telecom and datacom. Customer Service Request (CSR) handling process
- Perform the configuration and test in lab environment to simulate customer issue.
- Closely work with PDU/Global Support team to clarify product or SW issue.
- Develop the deep understanding of the products/solutions, be expert on the responsible domain/products.
- Guide and Mentor other team members and provide technical support.

**You will bring**:

- Extensive experience in Core Network domain and excellent E2E technical understanding capabilities
- Solid knowledge of Ericsson EPC Solutions, network architecture, interfaces and procedures.
- Strong Domain experience in Ericsson EPC (MME/vMME,VMG/vWMG, EPG/vEPG/SGW)
- Require a broad knowledge within Telecom and Datacom, covering both hardware, software, and network experience.
- Experience on 5GC nodes (PCC/PCG) &(CCRC/CCSM/CCDM/CCPC) Advanced trouble shooting skill.
- Network Optimization experience in Core Network is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Cloud and virtualization technologies - Openstack, NFVI, Redhat, VMWare.
- Good understanding and troubleshooting skills in IP networking.
- Strong Communication, Consultative and Inter-personal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills: the ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action.
- Be proactive, self-motivated, work independently and "can do" attitude.
- Excellent **English and Italian** communication skills, both verbal and written.
