- Your responsibilities and tasks:
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels, monitoring stock and planning supplies.
- Implement warehouse management procedures to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate the warehouse team, ensuring training and professional development of team members.
- Collaborate with production and purchasing departments to ensure a continuous flow of materials.
- Utilize warehouse management software to monitor operations and generate performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations within the warehouse.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and monitor service performance.

Your profile and qualifications:

- High school diploma with a technical-scientific address;
- University degree in Engineering, preferably in Manufacturing or Management
- Seasoned professional with at least 4 years of experience in running an team with a strong focus on integration of processes and improving cost and performance efficiency
- Deep practical know-how of state-of-the-art process organization methods and improvement tools
- In-depth understanding of the strategic role planning and warehouse play within a manufacturing organization
- SAP experience preferred
- Profound leadership skills, ability to lead & develop internationally and/or culturally diverse teams, systematically evaluate team performance
- Personal drive and a good balance between being a hands-on manager and the ability to think and act strategically
- Intercultural experience and skills
- Ability of influencing the team and all parts of the organization by power of persuasion, conviction and as well as by well-argued reasoning
- Strong communicator, good net-worker and a well-respected executive
