Transport Manager Import

The resource, which will functionally respond to the transport & custom team manager, as a Transport Manager, will guarantee the availability of products by providing transport solution at the best ratio of quality / Leadtime / Price /environmental

**Your responsibilities**:
**Build my zone of Purchase policy**:
**Panel management**:
\- be actor on international Import Transport Tender (3PL LLP)

\- manage local tender (post leg)

Secure Transport activity

\- rate the referencing cost on import and analyze ML/MN gaps (quantities/volumes/freights)

\- Reference and maintain data quality (leadtimes)

\- Pilot volume and cost (incoming stock/ stock in transit)

\- React to unpredictable events

Help export TM's during the bookings - Warranty availability space in containers/vessels + Define priorities on orders to be shipped + Definition of rates

Warranty data are transfer on time to IT system and all origin documentation are available on demand (delegated to 3PL)

Follow up arrival dates for each carrier at least 2x a week - Warranty correct visibility of the activity (delegated to 3PL)

Analysis of containers stuffing rate, leadtimes and prices

Check quality of reception - Daily work with customs agent (delegated to 3PL)

Weekly planning of the deliveries in the warehouse - Follow factory urgencies (delegated to 3PL)

Invoices validation each month

**Your profile**:

- Avid sports lover;
- English is a must. French is a plus;
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- Passionate about logistic, transport and customs;
- Availability for travel and weekly transfers.
