**Descrizione del Ruolo**

Siamo alla ricerca di un **Project Cost Controller **che lavori a fianco dei project manager nell'intera gamma dei nostri progetti di sviluppo infrastrutturale.

La figura ricercata dovrà assumere la supervisione di tutte le attività di controllo di gestione dei vari progetti di sviluppo infrastrutturale del gruppo.

Si occuperà della gestione dei budget economici e finanziari, monitorando costantemente la parte relativa ai costi di tutti i progetti di investimento infrastrutturale. Questi progetti diversificati includono la costruzione di nuovi edifici, giardini, paesaggi, mostre, nonché ristrutturazioni o miglioramenti di strutture già esistenti.

**Mansioni affidate**:

- Stabilire regolarmente un reporting sui costi dei progetti di sviluppo infrastrutturali affidati
- Mantenere i migliori processi di controllo dei costi per ogni progetto infrastrutturale e garantire che ogni sviluppo venga consegnato entro il “target budget”
- Svolgere dei report sui costi mensili di gestione per identificare eventuali problemi, errori o tendenze da segnalare alla Direzione aziendale
- Collaborare con il Responsabile dell’area di Sviluppo infrastrutturale per pianificare i costi a lungo termine e definire il budget del progetto
- Valutare i progetti proposti all’azienda per individuare quali, a livello di costi e tempistiche, siano i più vantaggiosi e permettano di ottimizzare le risorse a disposizione
- Guidare un esercizio di “value engineering” completo nella fase chiave di ogni progetto
- Collaborare con i vari consulenti aziendali in ambito di infrastrutture e architettura
- Supportare i project manager e fornire consulenza sui migliori percorsi di approvvigionamento per ogni nuovo progetto al fine di ottenere il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo
- Assistenza ai project manager nella scelta e nella stesura di contratti appropriati
- Negoziare acquisti/termini significativi direttamente con i fornitori
- Coordinare e guidare le revisioni del progetto post-completamento per valutare le prestazioni e identificare i punti di miglioramento
- Supportare il dipartimento amministrativo e finanziario relativamente alla fatturazione e agli acquisti dei progetti quotidiani

**Requisiti e Skills richieste**:

- Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 3 anni come Cost Controller nel dipartimento Infrastrutturale, in contesti similarmente strutturati e/o in catene ricettive
- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Edile, Economia o cultura Equivalente
- Esperienza lavorativa nel settore edile e infrastrutturale
- Esperienza nel gestire più progetti o incarichi
- Capacità di comunicare in modo chiaro ed efficace e collaborare con datori di lavoro, colleghi, consulenti del team di progetto e appaltatori/fornitori
- Elevata conoscenza della lingua Italiana e Inglese
- Attenzione ai dettagli
- Affidabilità
