What you'll need to have
- Proven Experience in a Retail and/or Logistics, including previous management experience of leading others with a proven record of successful leadership of people and business.
- Analytical skills to understand budget, cost and key performance measurements used to plan, follow up and steer the business and proven record of meeting agreed budgets and goals, and work on plans over several years.
- Proven ability to inspire and engage others and leading in a changing environment.
- Good knowledge of the financial, growth plan and respective connected year cycle.
- Knowledge of the logistic industry and relevant trends as well being aware of customer behaviors/insights and the home furnishing market
- Capability to lead in the unknown in a transforming environment and to collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Ability to give and take responsibility and empower colleagues to be entrepreneurial.
- Ability to communicate in English and Italian.

**What you'll be doing day to day**
- Secure high customer satisfaction at lowest possible cost in a multichannel scope for goods availability and customer order fulfilment.
- Responsible for leading and inspiring the logistics team by working closely with store commercial team and Country CFF team.
- Actively participate in the management process to create the store business plan and logistic action plan, using global and country input. Trigger and follow up on all logistic actions that support the country growth direction.
- Accountable for securing sufficient short-/ mid-/ and long-term Store Fulfilment capacity, in line with the commercial direction, changing customer behaviours (shift of Cash &Carry vs. Services flow) and range frame.
- Accountable for securing excellence in Store Fulfilment operations with focus on Retail Foundation, basics in operations, through an end to end process approach and supported by Commercial Reviews
- Accountable for monitoring and following up the Store Fulfilment performance in accordance to the Store-and Market BPL in order to take relevant actions to achieve the goals for growth, budget and excellence in operations.
- Actively work with IKEA Customer Satisfaction Survey, NPS (Net Promoter Score), IKEA Brand Capital report, I Share survey and Commercial Review results.
- Accountable for identifying, recruiting, retaining and developing talents in the Logistic department to secure a diverse, competent and high performing team to secure future succession.
- Responsible for positioning IKEA Retail and the IKEA Brand as responsible partners in lowering environmental impact by taking relevant actions that contribute to achieving long-term profitability in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.
- Live the IKEA values and nurture a strong and thriving IKEA culture that inspires colleagues to reach excellence in Store Fulfilment operations.
- Ensure that Store Fulfilment works in compliance with the IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations as in standard operating procedures and local legislation relating to health, safety and security and the environment.
