**How you’ll live your ambition**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled **_Digital_** **_Business Analyst_** to join our dynamic team at Digital Products and Experience Design function in Genoa. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing, interpreting, and translating complex business inputs and requirements into actionable descriptions that drive the development process of Costa’s B2C digital products.

- Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders across different business units to document and analyze business requirements for new initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing processes and workflows. Propose innovative solutions to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and optimize digital products.
- Get things right_
- Writing Technical Requirements: Translate business requirements into clear and detailed technical specifications, ensuring they are well-defined, concise, and actionable within Jira. Work closely with developers, engineers, and technical teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the requirements.
- Safety First_
- Project support: Collaborate with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

- Your journey includes trainee’s experience or applied project study in the digital ecosystem and/or business analysis.
- You approach decision-making with a data-driven mindset, strengthen by academic backgrounds in Economics, Engineering Management, Mathematics/Statistics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in project and task management tools (e.g., Jira) and ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable tasks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
