**PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER**
La risorsa verrà inserita nel dipartimento Project Control e si occuperà di svolgere attività di monitoraggio e controllo delle varie fasi del progetto e del budgeting, con l’obiettivo di completare il piano di lavoro nei tempi e budget predisposti, assicurando l’attuazione del sistema di controllo del progetto. Nello specifico, dovrà occuparsi delle seguenti attività:
- Garantire un presidio dell’operatività periferica, coordinando in loco attività di controllo di progetto e budgeting, favorendo l’adozione di best practices e la condivisione di informazioni con la funzione centrale;
- Supportare la Direzione Tecnica nell’individuare le azioni correttive interpretando gli scostamenti analizzati del singolo progetto rispetto a quanto pianificato;
- Supervisionare l’elaborazione del budget di commessa effettuato dalle unità operative e garantire che le linee guida siano rispettate;
- Predisporre e monitorare la pianificazione física delle attività di campo, anche attraverso la definizione di KPI, condividendo con il team operativo le informazioni utili all’implementazione del programma lavori;
- Favorire la pianificazione e l’impiego ottimale dei mezzi/asset aziendali;
- Supportare l’attività di analisi e lettura dei rischi;
- Garantire le attività di verifica al piano di fabbisogno acquisti elaborato dalla direzione técnica.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea Magistrale o vecchio ordinamento in Ingegneria Civile, Edile, Meccanica, Gestionale;
- 3-5 anni di esperienza in Project Control di commessa/Planning nei settori Construction/ Impiantistica/ Transportation/ Infrastrutture/ Aerospace/ TSO e TelCo.
- Capacità di lettura dei disegni tecnici su Cad e progetti;
- Conoscenza delle diverse tipologie di opere e delle metodologie di costruzione;
- Ottima conoscenza delle applicazioni Microsoft Office, in particolar modo Excel e Word;
- Conoscenza di Microsoft Project;
- Competenze in ambito di pianificazione lavori, controllo costi e contabilità di cantiere attiva e passiva;
- Preferibile conoscenza di STR e Primavera P6;
- Capacità di lavorare con metodo;
- Capacità di programmazione e organizzazione;
- Capacità di costruire relazioni cooperative finalizzate allo scambio delle informazioni.
