- Sarai responsabile di supportare il team del reparto Sales e di assicurarti che i nostri ospiti ricevano un'esperienza assolutamente leggendaria.

Ti occuperai di supportare il lavoro dei colleghi del reparto nelle diverse funzioni dell’ufficio ossia:

- Nella gestione e mantenimento del rapporto con i clienti esistenti tramite corrispondenza mail/ telefono, e con visite organizzate, nel rispondere prontamente a tutte le richieste di informazioni, nel mantenere sempre relazioni positive e confidenziali con gli ospiti e nel risolverne i reclami garantendone la soddisfazione; nel lavorare a stretto contatto con il reparto Gruppi ed Eventi, nell’aggiornamento e nella gestione dei file informatici inerenti all'attività di vendita;
- Inoltre, conoscerai l’hotel, i servizi offerti e le principali attrazioni/attività nei dintorni al fine di anticipare e soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti e in modo che i nostri ospiti possano vivere la migliore esperienza possibile.

- L'ITALIANO è la lingua principale utilizzata nel nostro hotel. Devi dimostrare di poter comunicare efficacemente in questa lingua
- E’ necessario avere un’ottima/buona conoscenza della lingua INGLESE
- E’ importante avere un’ottima/buona conoscenza del PACCHETTO MICROSOFT, soprattutto EXCEL.
- E’ requisito preferenziale la conoscenza del SISTEMA OPERA, SALES & CATERING
- Completano il profilo: OTTIME CAPACITÀ RELAZIONALI, ATTENZIONE AI DETTAGLI, VELOCITÀ, PROATTIVITÀ E PRECISIONE; FORTE MOTIVAZIONE
