Loading Agent

Join our global TUI Musement Operations & Delivery Team in **Piano di Sorrento **as a **Loading Agent**.

You are responsible for loading all supplier contracts rates in our operating system, ensure to insert all stop sales from our Hotels in the system, managing our channel manager.

**This is a locally employed position. You must have the right to live and work in the Italy before applying. If you live in Europe and would like to work abroad - please search for our ‘flexible’ jobs.**

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Ensure that all Hotels contracts are loaded properly in our operational system
- Loading of BAR contracts for our channel manager.
- Loading of transfer, excursions, guides, restaurants and rent a car rates.
- Support for the team with systems issues.
- Receiving the stop sales and implementing it in the system.
- Updated constantly the cost and selling rates in the system
- Work with AS 400 system

**ABOUT YOU**
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English is required.
- Precise and well-organized person
- Maintain high availability during your shift either in the office or if working remote via Teams.
- Strong computer skills
- A collaborative and great team player
