**Position Summary**

We are looking for a **Marketing Coordinator** to join our team and undertake the supervision & implementation of our marketing & communications initiatives in Italy, by amplifying the global marketing strategies & maximizing impact on a local level.

As a **Marketing Coordinator**, you are part of the Global Marketing & Communications team responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the company’s overall marketing strategy and curating the brand’s presence in online & offline touchpoints. You will work in tandem with the CMO and Marketing Director to optimize marketing efforts and lead generation campaigns for FlexAuto in Italy.

In this role you will be involved in delivering communications that strengthen the brand awareness and boost user acquisition & retention through a variety of available channels. Additionally, you will be running marketing activities for the entire organization, aiming to build brand recognition, increase reach & visibility through the delivery of high value product digital marketing, advertising, print, social media, communications, events and PR.

The role reports to the CMO and Marketing Director and works cross-functionally with Digital Performance Marketing, Design, International Growth, Commercial, Sales and CX, to deliver against FlexAuto's growth objectives.

Furthermore, as part of our expanding team, you are expected to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating your creativity, and excellent knowledge of marketing practices, feeling comfortable with the creation of engaging & attractive content, such as informative pages, marketing collateral, press releases, media reports, articles, and media opportunities to share the brand’s products and services.

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**
- Establish goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).
- Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to convey product & brand messages to customers.
- Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
- Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. Tech, Commercial and Sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Act as the communication nerve center for multiple projects, ensuring timely and consistent correspondence with key stakeholders; prepare internal briefs by collecting, analyzing and summarizing objectives and deliverables
- Obtain necessary consent from all stakeholders and facilitate processes for final approval & production of marketing collateral materials
- Write, translate, proofread and edit creative and marketing content across different mediums
- Develop schedules and maintain deadlines; oversee implementation & help resolve problems.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
- Assist with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Use multiple sources of data to identify trends and consumer behaviors that could affect the design of a campaign
- Work with external partners & vendors -advertising, production agencies, publishers, media
- for the efficient implementation and delivery of outsourced tasks.

**Qualifications & Essential Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or relevant field.
- 3 or more years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate
