Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Interaction with Affiliates, Customers and Suppliers for supporting investigations related to complaints, including retrieving complaint samples
- Support QA Sr. manager in collecting training records and in organizing training sessions for the Scientific department
- Support QA Sr. manager and QA Sr. specialist in SOPs issuing and distribution process
- Perform other duties as assigned
- We offer an internship contract

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree preferably in Scientific Field (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of ISO13485:2015 and ISO9001:2015 standards would be an asset
- Knowledge of HACCP technique would be an asset
- Must possess analytics and decision-making ability, speed and autonomy in working. Teamwork and cooperation. Good relationship and networking; ability to solve problems with complex variables through non-standardized solutions that require independent judgment and analysis
- Management of complexity and ability to give the right priority
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English and Italian is required
