BIT MOBILITY SRL società che opera nel nuovo mercato emergente della green mobility e, nello specifico, nel noleggio in sharing di mezzi elettrici, ricerca per la propria sede di Bussolengo (VR) una risorsa nel ruolo di City Coordinator.
Questa figura si occuperà di coordinare i responsabili delle filiali distribuite su tutto il territorio italiano, condividendo strategie, obiettivi, budget e azioni da implementare per garantire il mantenimento degli standard di efficienza e l’adeguato livello del servizio.
Analizzerà regolarmente i dati e le principali metriche di business, coordinandosi con le divisioni di Business Development, sviluppo software, Marketing e Logistica per il corretto sviluppo dei processi.
I requisiti ricercati sono:
- titolo di studio ad indirizzo economico, tecnico o gestionale;
- gradita pregressa esperienza in contesti strutturati, in ruoli di coordinamento delle risorse e dei processi;
- padronanza dell’uso del PC, in particolare Excel;
- capacità di gestire progetti multipli e timeline di elevata complessità;
- dimestichezza con concetti e metodologie di Project Management e Agile, sistemi di BI e analisi dei dati;
- elevata capacità di problem solving, spirito di iniziativa e leadership;
- disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio nazionale.
