**Project Manager**:
SAFE SPA, Azienda leader mondiale nella progettazione e produzione di impianti custom per la compressione del CNG, RNG e idrogeno per applicazioni commerciali e industriali. Da oltre 40 anni collabora al successo dei propri clienti sviluppando tecnologie innovative nell’ambito del Energy Transition.

La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di pianificare e supervisionare l’andamento delle commesse aziendali nelle diverse fasi di realizzazione al fine di garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali attraverso il completamento della commessa e la consegna nel rispetto dei tempi, costi e qualità previsti.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Il Project Manager collabora in maniera trasversale con tutte le funzioni aziendali ed è responsabile della corretta pianificazione, esecuzione, monitoraggio e controllo delle commesse affidate.
- Collabora con il Responsabile PM nel supervisionare la stima dell’effort di ciascuna area (in termini di materiali, risorse necessarie e durata di ciascuna attività) necessario per il completamento di ciascuna attività necessaria.
- Analizza i rischi potenziali per il progetto, predispone azione di risposta a ciascun rischio e interviene in chiave preventiva.
- In caso di rilevamento di tendenze anomale del progetto e/o di disallineamento tra richieste commerciali e capacità Operation, analizza la situazione con gli attori coinvolti e introduce le necessarie misure correttive.
- Si occupa della gestione del rapporto con i Clienti in termini di relazione e di progetto per specifiche commesse, fatta eccezione per l’aspetto negoziale che è di competenza sales.
- Analisi e supervisione dei costi di avanzamento e chiusura commessa.
- Opera al fine di favorire il lavoro di squadra finalizzato ad implementare lo scambio conoscitivo e perseguire obiettivi di miglioramento continuo.
- Collabora in maniera efficace e propositiva con i colleghi per la diffusione di una cultura aziendale customer oriented e per promuovere e implementare la cooperazione tra i diversi enti interni in ottica di team.

**Education & **Experience**:
Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Meccanica o cultura equivalente.

Richiesta esperienza pregressa di almeno 2-3 anni nel ruolo presso aziende industriali organizzate per commessa.

- Spiccate capacità relazionali e di leadership.
- Capacità di lavorare in team in maniera propositiva, coinvolgendo le risorse di tutte le aree aziendali per il raggiungimento dell’obiettivo comune.
- Determinazione, capacità di pianificazione e forte orientamento al problem solving.
- Alto senso di responsabilità, propositività.

**Language** - Computer skills**:

- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
- SAP o altro sistema ERP.
