Come Social and Content Manager entrerai a far parte della famiglia di Realize E sarai parte integrante del team content, con l'obiettivo di supportare, gestire e valorizzare le attività dei nostri Talent.

Potrai occuparti, inoltre, delle attività relative alla comunicazione di un e-commerce in ambito food.

Sarai responsabile dei progetti Brand e organici che coinvolgeranno il talent. Sarai quindi chiamato a dare il tuo contributo sia nella fase di creatività che in quella di execution.

Questa posizione ti permetterà di entrare a contatto con i talent e condividerne i valori per tradurli in comunicazione digitale.

Di cosa ti occuperai?
definizione della content strategy dei talent/progetti di tua responsabilità;
pianificazione e cura del piano editoriale sui social network;
gestione della community e risposte a commenti e messaggi;
creazione dei contenuti sulle varie piattaforme in collaborazione con il team di produzione;
analisi dei dati, monitoraggio e reportistica;
supporto a progetti di marketing e comunicazione
gestione condivisa dei progetti con i team delle varie aree aziendali per ottimizzare le campagne brand e organiche

Cosa stiamo cercando?

Una risorsa curiosa, creativa e appassionata del mondo dei social e dei relativi trend.

Che si occupi della creazione dei contenuti, che conosca principali app di montaggio video e che abbia un’esperienza pregressa di 2/3 anni.

**Ci piacerebbe incontrare una persona con**:
esperienza nell'utilizzo professionale dei principali Social Media in particolar modo di You tube; competenze di copywriting e passione per la scrittura;
capacità di realizzare dei progetti facendo storytelling di un'idea;
capacità di eseguire analisi di mercato e brand utili a proporre idee e progetti orientati al risultato
competenze di time management, in grado di definire priorità ed organizzazione del lavoro

E’ importante che la risorsa abbia buone capacità relazionali, che sia dinamica e proattiva.

E’, inoltre, richiesta una laurea in comunicazione, marketing o affini; un'ottima conoscenza di Excel e Power Point e della conoscenza della lingua inglese.
