**Internship Quality Investigation Support**
**Who we’re looking for**
- Scientific Degree
- Proactive and autonomous in its day-to-day activities
- Willing to learn. Willing to improve your analytical skills
- Proactively resolve problems based on statistical analysis.
- Selection and development of tools and equipment for improvements.
- Fluent with English language.

**As an intern you will**:
1) Support administrative/operational duties with technical or specialized content, operate specific computer programs and provide support to ensure the efficient day to day assistance for Laboratory Informatic Management System.
2) Collect and consolidate departmental reporting and data from different sources in order to prepare reports and statistics according to defined procedures.
3) Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements and support necessary testers during QA process in collaboration with ISQA
4) Support in multiple information systems projects by: completing and updating project documentation; adjusting schedules when necessary; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks; following proper escalation paths;
5) Support as a liaison between Quality Operations & Data Integration and Information Technology to assist or gather business/customers requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations
