Henderson Drake are seeking a Consultant, specialising in the Board International software, to join a leading, international consultancy at their Italian outfit

This is the ideal role for a certified Board Solutions Architect looking to make their mark and take a lead role in a growing practice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and document business requirements and translate them into clear technical solutions
- Take charge of the technical build of dashboards and forming relational and multi-dimensional database models
- Operate as the main point of contact for end-user support and provide training to new users
- Own and develop Board process documentation and governance
- Train, guide and help develop junior team members to be effective Board Consultants
- Develop, sustain and nurture client relationships as a trusted business advisor
- Manage project timelines and budget
- Onboard and enabled clients with the Board software; design AT programs including training materials and courses, and administer them both virtually and in person with clients
- Participate in pre-sales activities

Key Requirements:

- Have previous Board implementation experience
- Ability to liaise with and manage senior stakeholders
- Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess strong knowledge of financial processes
