**Visio Digital** is a digital agency offering the full-scope of digital marketing services: digital advertising, web and e-commerce development, SEO, UX/UI, brand identity, and more. We partner with the industry's leading platforms (Meta, Google, ShopifyTikTok, Klaviyo, & Amazon, to name a few) and leverage the power of data analysis to boost reach and visibility, transform leads into customers, and ultimately scale e-commerce results for our global clients. To continue driving our mission forward, we are looking for a **Creative Director** to join our team.
**WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF**
- ** Lead Creative Strategy**: develop and execute a visionary strategy for all digital content areas, including motion design, graphic design, and UX/UI, aligning with the agency’s innovative goals and client needs.
- ** Team Leadership & Collaboration**:mentor and manage a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes experimentation and cutting-edge design solutions.
- ** Innovation & Trend Analysis**: stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design methodologies to inspire groundbreaking digital content that drives innovation across all platforms.
- ** Client Engagement & Presentations**:collaborate with clients to understand their vision, lead creative pitches, and present compelling design concepts that showcase the agency’s ability to push creative boundaries.
- ** Quality Control & Brand Consistency**: oversee the execution of all creative work to ensure it meets the highest quality standards while maintaining brand consistency and visual storytelling across multiple digital channels.
**WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH**
- A degree in a relevant field such as Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or Communication.
- At least +5 years of experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role.
- In-depth understanding of branding, advertising, and marketing concepts. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in creative software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and design solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Italian and English (business proficient).
