- **JOB PURPOSE**:overall purpose of the position

Esegue e gestisce le azioni di manutenzione preventiva e gli interventi di manutenzione generale nell'impianto, in coordinamento con il team della rispettiva linea di produzione/confezionamento, nonché partecipa ai progetti di miglioramento.

Assicura la piena conformità delle attività di manutenzione dell'infrastruttura, compresi il processo di produzione, le prestazioni, il monitoraggio dei cicli, il controllo, la valutazione degli allarmi e la risoluzione dei problemi, il coordinamento con le attività operative e di convalida, in conformità con le procedure operative standard (SOP) e le procedure di buona fabbricazione (cGMP) dell'azienda.

Performs and manages preventive and general maintenance actions in the plant, in coordination with the respective production/packaging line team, and participates in improvement projects.

Ensures full compliance of facility maintenance activities, including the production process, performance, cycle monitoring, control, alarm assessment and troubleshooting, coordination with operational and validation activities, in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

- Esegue le verifiche giornaliere delle infrastrutture.
- Esegue le attività relative alle procedure e agli standard definiti nell'ambito della propria area di responsabilità e consulta il supervisore per intraprendere azioni correttive quando necessario.
- Rispetta le norme di sicurezza e mantiene pulite e ordinate le aree di lavoro.
- Executes general maintenance works in the Plants and exteriors.
- Performs Infrastructures daily verifications.
- Executes activities as related to the defined procedures and standards within own area of responsibility and consult the supervisor to take corrective actions when necessary
- Complies with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum**: Diploma tecnico - meccanico - elettrico

**Experience**:
**Minimum**: 3 years’ experience in industry, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector

**Preferred**:5 years

**Skills**:

- Manutenzione industriale, su sistemi meccanici ed elettrici.
- Familiarità con i sistemi di automazione ed elettrici.
- Conoscenza degli standard dell'industria farmaceutica
- Conoscenza dei principi di liofilizzazione e dei liquidi e dei relativi processi.
- Conoscenza degli strumenti e delle tecniche di valutazione del rischio e capacità di applicarli in modo efficace.
- Capacità di risoluzione dei problemi
- Inglese livello base
- Demonstrated industrial maintenance skills, on mechanical and electric systems
- Familiar with Automation and electrical systems.
- Familiar with Pharmaceutical Industry standards
- Thorough understanding of liquids and lyophilization principles and their processes
- Troubleshooting skills
- Basic English Level
